Tom Brady is keeping his playbook close to his chest.
The former NFL star shared a few cryptic posts after he and Alix Earle sparked romance rumors while spending New Year’s Eve together in St. Barths, where they were spotted cozying up at a party together in footage shared online.
Tom reposted a quote to his Jan. 1 Instagram Story from Lil’ Wayne‘s song “Let It All Work Out,” which said, “People are not beautiful for how they look or speak. They’re beautiful for how they love, care and treat others.”
The quote was followed by another repost of a graphic featuring 99 X’s followed by one check mark that proclaimed that “a winner is a loser who tried one more time,” after which Tom added a raised-hand emoji.
Alix, for her part, had expressed her excitement about ringing in 2026 earlier in the evening on Dec. 31, teasing on TikTok of the party where she’d ultimately cross paths with Tom, “I’m foreseeing really good vibes for tonight. We’ve been staying on a boat with a bunch of friends, but we’re going to a party tonight that’s gonna be on land.”
The New England Patriots alum’s social media activity also comes after ex-wife Gisele Bündchen married Joaquim Valente, the jiu jitsu instructor she started dating after their 2022 divorce, last month.
While Tom—who is dad to Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with Gisele, as well as Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan—hasn’t commented on Gisele’s wedding, he did share another cryptic photo after she debuted her new wedding ring at a red carpet event on Dec. 18.
Two days later, the Fox Sorts commentator posted a zoomed in snap of himself on his Instagram Stories wearing a white hoodie that read “Forever Young” on it.
Tom seemingly agreed with his sweatshirt’s messaging, captioning the Dec. 20 post, “Yuppppppp.”
Tom Brady/InstagramBut it was the seven-time Superbowl champ’s song choice for the post that seemed to touch on where he’s at emotionally, attaching Logic’s 2017 hit song “1-800-273-8255” to the post, a powerful mental health anthem.
In the post, Logic sings, “I’ve been on the low, I been taking my time / I feel like I’m out of my mind / It feel like my life ain’t mine (Who can relate? Woo).”
