During the podcast appearance, Harry made a number of revelations, including how he deals with trauma and what exercise he enjoys. The duke also spoke about his grooming routine, forcing him to address the fact he does not have as much hair on his head as he used to. He made the admission with a smile on his face.
When asked about his grooming routine, Harry said: “I trim my beard every five, six days just to keep it a little bit tidy.
“Nothing really happening on top (pointing to his head).
“I get a haircut, otherwise I try not to look at what’s happening.”
This is the second time on his UK visit last week that Harry addressed his hair loss – something that affects half of UK men by the age of 40.
Giving a speech at the one-year countdown event to the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham on Friday, Harry said: “What has struck me walking around the arena today what s just how many faces I recognise from those different groups that were part of that original journey back in 2014.
“Some of us have lost our hair.”
