Real ‘reason’ Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet won’t be seen on UK trip
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are bringing their children to the UK for the first time since 2022.

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are expected to make the trip across the pond with their parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle next month, however it is unlikely they will be seen by the British public.
The children, who have grown up in America, have not stepped foot in Britain since 2022, and will no doubt be excited to see their father’s home country. It is believed the visit will allow them to spend time with certain royal relatives too, including King Charles. However, any activities or events they do will be in private, unlike their parents who are reportedly set for some public engagements.
While Harry and Meghan have not made a comment about this, it is believed that their children will not attend public engagements with them to maintain their privacy.
This is important to the couple, who keep Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five, out of the public spotlight, even avoiding showing their faces on social media.
It is believed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex feel strongly about this, with the reason reportedly being down to safety.
A source close to the couple once told PEOPLE: “Harry has been reluctant to show his children publicly, not out of a desire to hide them but to protect their privacy and safety from potential threats. He wants them to lead as normal a life as possible without the fear of kidnapping or harm.”

It will be the first time the whole family has been in Harry’s home country together since 2022.
Harry has been to the UK alone since on numerous occasions, citing security concerns as the reason why his family has not accompanied him from their home in Montecito.
However, he said last year that he would like his children to get to know his home country, which may be about to happen.
