The 42-year-old businessman, founder and CEO of Banda Property, has been spotted visiting Fisher Island Club, an exclusive enclave off the coast of Miami. He has also shared glimpses of construction-related activities in the United States, including a visit to a development site in Los Angeles. Although some of these posts were later removed from his personal social media accounts, similar content remains visible through his company’s official channels.

These trips appear to be closely tied to his work in property development and interior design—an industry that often requires international travel, site visits, and client meetings. His presence in Florida and California aligns with Banda Property’s expanding portfolio and ongoing projects.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice has not accompanied him on several of these visits, fueling rumors about potential strain in their marriage. The couple, who married in 2020, typically split their time between their residence at St James’s Palace in London and a countryside home in the Cotswolds, where they live with their children. Edoardo also shares a son, Christopher Woolf—known as “Wolfie”—with his former partner Dara Huang.

Speculation around their relationship has intensified in recent weeks following renewed public attention on documents connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, which mentioned members of Beatrice’s family, including Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
