CRUZ BECKHAM EXTENDS ANOTHER “OLIVE BRANCH” AMID THE FAMILY “COLD WAR”: IS RECONCILIATION POSSIBLE WHEN BROOKLYN HAS CUT ALL TIES? Despite being blocked by his older brother on social media following the bombshell “open letter” where Brooklyn accused his parents of controlling him, Cruz Beckham has not given up hope—just shared a touching throwback photo of himself with his brothers, shortly after Victoria Beckham finally broke her silence on the family’s “challenging” year. While Victoria is striving to keep things together, vowing to “always protect” her children despite the deep rift that began when Brooklyn publicly declared war, Cruz’s gesture serves as a heartbreaking reminder of the brotherly bond they once shared. Is this just a one-sided attempt by Cruz, or is it a sign that a shocking truth behind the legal battles and the coldness between Brooklyn and the Beckhams is about to be revealed?

Cruz Beckham extends an olive branch again to his estranged brother Brooklyn as he shares throwback snap after mum Victoria addressed family’s ‘challenging’ year

Cruz Beckham reached out to his estranged brother Brooklyn again on social media after their mother Victoria addressed the family’s ‘challenging’ year in a new interview.

The singer, 21, threw an olive branch to his older sibling as he shared a sweet throwback photo with Brooklyn, 27, and Romeo, 23, from their childhood.

Brooklyn cut ties with his family in a scathing social media statement in January, where he declared he has no plans to reconcile with his famous parents and accusing them of ‘controlling him for most of his life‘.

Cruz shared a photo – of himself and his two brothers in matching white shirts – on Instagram – despite being blocked by Brooklyn.

The youngest son of David and Victoria has tried to reach out to his older brother in recent months, telling him: ‘I love you’ on Instagram on his birthday.

While last month, Cruz became emotional on stage as he sang Loneliest Boy.

The song is believed to be about his estranged sibling as the lyrics include: ‘Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much, it’s breaking her heart.’

A concert-goer told The Mirror at the time: ‘At one point during the song, he seemed overcome with emotion as his bandmate put his arm around his shoulder and affectionately ruffled his hair.’

Earlier this week, Victoria addressed her ‘challenging’ past year amid the family feud.

When asked on the Today show by hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones about the tumultuous recent time for the family Victoria, 52, didn’t specifically reference her son, 27, but said she will ‘always protect’ her kids.

Jenna directly asked her in the interview: ‘You have had a pretty public challenging year – we have talked about it on this show. How do you get through the tough times?’

She replied: ‘You know, myself and David, we’re so close and we have incredible people around us.

‘We’re close to my parents and David’s parents. We support each other through everything that we do.

‘We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children. But we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.’

Victoria also said in the new interview that her and her husband rely on each other to navigate tough times.

She said: ‘We support each other through everything that we do. We’ve grown together. And that’s where I feel so blessed.

‘We really have grown together. We support each other. We’ve both got big dreams. We’re both very, very ambitious and we support each other. I want him to be the best version of himself and that’s what he wants for me.’

David and Victoria haven’t spoken to Brooklyn since last May, when he and his wife Nicola Peltz snubbed the former footballer’s 50th birthday celebrations.

Brooklyn and Nicola’s lawyers wrote to the Beckhams’ legal team demanding that they only converse through them.

Shortly before Christmas, Brooklyn blocked his parents on Instagram, and in January, he posted a brutal, bombshell six-page letter on the social media platform.

He claimed David and Victoria controlled him for most of his life, tried to split him and Nicola up and left him embarrassed when his mother danced ‘inappropriately’ with him during his first dance at his wedding.
