Here are two stills.. from two days AFTER Tanner Horner took Athena Strand and did the unthinkable to her… he had no reason to be at this man’s house.. he had no package to deliver.. he was there feeding Tom Euler’s dogs treats..
At the time Tom’s daughter was 8 year old and had similar features to Athena Strand.. this wasn’t just a quick trip to visit Tom’s dogs.. Tanner was already scoping out his next victim.. bc why the hell would you be at someone’s home.. feeding their dogs.. when you had no packages to deliver if you weren’t trying to make friends with their dogs and make yourself appear to be the safe guy who gives them treats unless you wanted to make sure they didn’t alert anyone to your being there.. while you take their daughter!!!
He even made it appear like he was delivering a package by grabbing one.. and bringing it to the front seat as soon as he finishes giving the dogs treats!!!
This is proof of premeditation… and further evidence that he’s a danger to society!!
Again.. this was 2 days after athenastrand went missing..
