An old video has resurfaced of Dianna Russini trashing her husband after discussing their first date as a couple.
The Athletic has placed Russini on leave while it investigates the photos. Russini claimed the images failed to show it was a group hangout, while Vrabel called it an “innocent interaction.”
Over the past few days, fans have dug up some old cringeworthy tweets and comments from Russini about her love life. This time, the Bill Simmons Podcast X/Twitter uncovered an interview from 2019, where Russini bodyshames her own husband:

Russini joined ESPN in 2015 and was added to their NFL coverage two years later. At the Worldwide Leader in Sports, Russini quickly emerged as one of the top NFL insiders.
In 2023, Russini announced she had joined The Athletic. She has been their top NFL insider for the past two and a half years, breaking plenty of stories ahead of other insiders like Adam Schefter, Ian Rapoport and Jay Glazer.
But in a stunning, bizarre development, Russini’s career as an NFL insider is suddenly in question. We’ll have to wait and see how things play out from here.
