Prince William has one very sweet nickname given to him by his eldest son.

Prince William is said to have a few nicknames from his three children, and vice versa. His eldest son, Prince George – who celebrated his 13th birthday earlier this week – is said to have his own sweet nickname for his proud father.
The young royal was last publicly seen chatting and laughing with Prince William at a Wimbledon match earlier this month, where they were also joined by Princess Catherine and Princess Charlotte. The two of them were seen showing off their close bond, with George’s adorable nickname for his dad spotted by a lipreader during a public appearance last year.
The Wales family all stepped out to celebrate the VE Day Celebrations last year, with George tapping his father to get his attention. He was then seen saying to William: “Papa, what a sound.”
As they attended a tea party that same day, William spoke of his son’s fascination with veterans and their welfare.
Speaking with HELLO!, royal commentator Emily Nash observed George’s appearance at the time, stating: “It was a lovely surprise to see Prince George joining the King and Queen and his parents for the veterans tea party at the Palace.
“It’s a big moment for him as second-in-line to the throne and one he will remember for many years to come.
“Both William and Catherine have spoken about their desire to teach their children about major moments in history, such the Holocaust, so this is another way for them to connect that wartime generation with their own next generation.”

The teenager spent the day with those close to him, including his parents and his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
As the couple’s first child, George was born in 2013.
