ROYAL FANS KNOW PRINCE GEORGE AS COMPOSED, POLITE AND REMARKABLY SELF-CONTROLLED — YET PRINCE WILLIAM SAYS THAT IS ONLY ONE SIDE OF HIS ELDEST SON. Speaking casually over tea, William offered a rare glimpse into family life away from cameras and formal engagements, describing how George, Charlotte and Louis behave once the public spotlight disappears. His comments about George were especially revealing. William suggested the young prince has already learned exactly when royal manners are expected — which means the version seen at major events may be very different from the one his parents and siblings know at home. 👇 SEE WHAT WILLIAM SAID ABOUT GEORGE IN PRIVATE — PLUS HIS HILARIOUS COMMENT ABOUT LOUIS KEEPING CHARLOTTE ON HER TOES 👇👇

Prince George may appear calm and composed whenever he steps into the public eye, but according to Prince William, the teenager shows a very different side of himself once the cameras are gone.

The Prince of Wales offered a rare glimpse into the personalities of his three children — George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis — during an engagement with Princess Kate in September 2025.

While chatting over tea with members of a local Women’s Institute, William revealed that George’s polished public behavior does not necessarily reflect the boy his family sees at home.

“When George is behind closed doors, it’s completely different,” William said. “George just knows how to behave.”

George was not the only Wales child William discussed during the informal conversation.

The father of three described his youngest son, Prince Louis, as a “character” and revealed that Louis knows exactly how to keep his older sister Charlotte on her toes.

According to William, Louis “knows how to run his sister around,” a comment that prompted laughter from those sitting with him.

William also pointed to the five-year age difference between George and Louis, explaining that their personalities are noticeably different.

“There are five years between them,” he said. “You’ll see the difference. They’re not the same.”

The comments offered an unusually personal glimpse of George, Charlotte and Louis away from royal engagements, where the children are generally seen carefully navigating highly public appearances alongside their parents.

A Visit With Special Meaning for William and Kate

William and Kate’s visit to the Women’s Institute carried particular significance for the royal couple.

The engagement took place in memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who had a longstanding connection with the organization and served as president of the local branch from 2003 until her death on September 8, 2022.

During the visit, William and Kate listened to members share memories of meeting the late Queen and discussed the importance of her involvement with the organization.

The couple later described the gathering as a “very special opportunity” to hear those personal stories.

A New Chapter for George

William’s comments have taken on fresh interest as George begins another major chapter in his life.

The young prince has recently started at Eton College, following the same educational path as his father.

Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have continued their schooling at Lambrook School.

As George grows older and takes increasingly prominent steps into public life, royal appearances may continue to show the composed young prince who, as William put it, “knows how to behave.”

But behind closed doors, his father has made clear there is another side to George — one the public rarely gets the chance to see.
