SYDNEY Sweeney has pushed the boundaries once again with a totally nude Euphoria scene that has left viewers’ jaws on the floor.
From raunchy sex scenes to avant-garde storylines, Sydney‘s turn as Cassie Howard on one of TV’s steamiest shows has sparked nonstop debate – and tonight’s performance made it clear why.
HBO dropped the second episode from Season 3 of Sam Levinson‘s sensual drama on Sunday night, with Sydney joined by her A-list co-stars including Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Alexa Demie, and Hunter Schafer.
The episode continued to explore the toxic relationship between Sydney’s character, Cassie, and Jacob’s power-hungry role of her fiancé, Nate.
As episode one introduced, Cassie is pursuing a career on OnlyFans, including posing in a puppy play costume, in attempt to earn money for her over-the-top wedding budget.
Episode two continued to explore Cassie’s provocative new career choice as an OnlyFans model with a montage of raunchy photoshoots.
In one compromising position, Cassie licks a melting ice cream cone as it drips down her entire naked body – including on her bare chest.
Another shot showed Cassie, butt naked in nothing but a backwards baseball hat, channeling an MLB catcher as she put her hand strategically between her thighs for a wild pose.
Her hair and body were drenched as she wore a sheer American flag for another sexy shoot – before the episode showcased its most controversial look yet, the baby scene.
As previous trailers teased, Cassie would dress up in baby clothes for one of her OnlyFans photoshoots – something that disturbed many fans and even caused viewers to threaten to boycott the show.
The scene shows the couple’s housekeeper as she snaps photos of Cassie in a sheer top, diaper, pigtails, and a pacifier.
Sydney, 28, has built a reputation for pushing limits on Euphoria and her character Cassie has long been at the center of the show’s most provocative moments.
While speculation the HBO show is going to lean toward a darker and more extreme next chapter as the season progresses, it’s Cassie’s headline-grabbing looks that still have fans talking.
Amongst the most skin-revealing looks tied to Cassie’s evolving storyline is a “puppy play” inspired outfit – complete with ears, collar-style accessories, a leash, and fuzzy lingerie.

From the look of the Season 3 trailer, it appears Sydney will frequently be stripping down in future episodes – and often wearing her own lingerie brand, Syrn.
From Season 1, Sydney has not been shy about displaying nudity on screen and Cassie’s storyline frequently involved intimate and revealing moments – something that sparked both praise for the realism and criticism over how far the show goes.
